ZEE MEDIA expects that its vendors will share and embrace this commitment to integrity by complying with and training its employees on the ZEE MEDIA Vendor Code of Conduct.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT
While vendors are independent entities from ZEE MEDIA, the business practices and actions of a vendor, when conducting business with or on behalf of ZEE MEDIA, may significantly impact and reflect upon our Company. It is the responsibility of our vendors to understand and adhere to ZEE MEDIA's expectations. Vendors should promptly notify a member of ZEE MEDIA management if and when any situation develops that causes the Vendors to operate in a way that may be in conflict with this Code of Conduct. While ZEE MEDIA Vendors are expected to self-monitor and demonstrate their compliance with this Code of Conduct, ZEE MEDIA may require the removal of any Vendor or representative or personnel who behaves in a manner that we consider to be acting inconsistent with this Code of Conduct or any ZEE MEDIA policy.
